Mahesh Babu and Shruti Haasan have joined the Salute Selfie bandwagon. Paying rich tributes to freedom fighters who freed India from the clutches of British and saluting Indian armed forces who are saving the nation by guarding line of control, team Srimanthudu stepped in to greet Happy Independence Day uniquely. Wishing all Indians happy Independence Day, Mahesh Babu shared the above special picture on his twitter and wrote, "Harsha and Charusheela #SaluteSelfie. Wishing everyone a happy Independence Day!! from team #Srimanthudu (sic)."
Since Srimanthudu's premise is in line with PM Narendra Modi's brainchild initiative 'Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana' and Telangana government's signature programme 'Gram Jyothi', Mahesh's Srimanthudu is considered as good bet to watch it on silver screen for this Indpendence Day eve.
