Internationally renowned Telugu director SS Rajamouli, his father Vijayendra Prasad and his cousin MM Keeravani are a superb combination in Telugu cinema world. As their ‘Bahubali’ is cutting across all the borders to stand as biggest hit of Indian cinema, there are many eyes set on new projects which Rajamouli is going to take up in coming days. Apparently, entire Rajamouli team is deep submerged in production works of ‘Bahubali 2’ but he seems to have some exciting combinations in the offing.
According to official sources from Rajamouli camp, the father-son duo is thinking to undertake remakes of yester generation black and white master pieces to be given a new shape. In fact, these two are master story tellers and we cannot trace any stories in present day films. So, they are picking content rich master piece works like ‘Missamma’ and ‘Gundamma Katha’ for remakes.
More importantly, Rajamouli is devising a new business model providing space for multi starrers where in a hero from Tollywood and a hero from Kollywood would be preferred for these remakes. So, let us wait for next moves from Rajamouli and team because we too love a new shape and color for old classics.
