Amid the din, there is a growing demand to make Nandamuri Balakrishna to be made the CM of AP when Chandrababu steps down.
Quite surprisingly, the demand for Nandamuri Balakrishna has not come from the TDP, but from the Congress Party. Telangana Congress leader Shabbir Ali said since Chandrababu Naidu had stabbed his father-in-law in the back for power, it would be in the fitness of things if Balayya is made the CM. This would be a poetic justice, he said.
He also slammed KCR saying that both KCR and the Chandrababu were from the same stock and knew horse-trading very well. They are adept in the art of buying MLAs, he said.
