Puri reveals reason behind selection for Chiru’s movie

Ram Charan who is going to produce his father’s 150th movie already said that except director Puri Jagannadh who always seem to be chilled out, he and others are under immense pressure and very much excited about the movie. Puri too confirms the same and says that it’s the actual reason why he was selected to direct megastar’s comeback movie.

This he understood when he saw his name on the top of the probable directors list in Chiru’s office when he was called for to finalise him. Puri opines that it’s because Chiru has a soft corner he gave him two most important movies aka Ram Charan’s debut movie and his comeback movie. We have been talking about RGV recommending Puri’s name for megastar’s landmark movie.

But Puri reminds that it was Amitabh Bachan (Puri was the director of ‘Budda Hoga Tera Baap’ starring Amitabh) who recommended his name for Chiru’s comeback movie a few years ago when the latter was busy with politics and had laid back plans his plans for comeback movie then. It’s like dream project for Puri who seems to be very confident sans pressure for getting once in a lifetime like chance.
