Prior to divorcing his second wife, ex-heroine Renu Desai, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan used to live in the suburb of Nandagiri Hills layout, the high raised posh colony in Jubilee Hills. Now that he has shifted to a duplex-apartment in MLA colony adjacent to Jubilee Hills, many might have forgotten about his former palatial individual duplex residence. Thanks to the 'demolition' story doing rounds, the house is back in news.
An whopping 30 crores is paid for the house, a buzz was heard earlier as Pawan Kalyan is said to have sold it for setting Renu Desai's alimony issues. As Renu however declined taking any such, let us say that Pawan moved out of the house to get distanced from past memories.
