If It's a Hit, His Next Will Be with Charan

There was a time when Charan was not keen on doing family characters and soft roles. At that time, Karunakaran had met Charan and narrated the script of Darling. But since Charan was not too keen on that genre way back then, suggested the name of Prabhas. The film gave a huge image makeover for Prabhas who was looked upon as a mass hero till then. After Darling, Prabhas got fans in family audiences. Now, years later, Charan is keenly looking forward to act in such family-oriented, romantic films. Though he wants to work with his favourite director Karunakaran, he is awaiting the release of Chinnadana Nee Kosam to see how it would fare at the box office. Since Charan is looking forward to a film like Tholi Prema, the film’s success will give the much-needed push to Charan to sign a film with him. In fact, Charan has already committed to Srinu Vaitla for a film and the film’s technical crew is also being finalized. The music for the film is by Devisri Prasad and Manoj Paramahamsa will be the cinematographer.
