Mental torture case filed on Star Hero's Film

A case has been filed against Shah Rukh Khan's Fan movie for a weird reason. One of the audience who watched the film approached district consumer court for not showing Jabra song in recently released film. The complainant said that he was unhappy with the "Jabra" song which was featured extensively in the promotion of the film was not present in the main film.

The complaint was filed by Sangeeta Chandgothia against PVR Cinemas , Yash Raj Films Private Limited and film hero Shahrukh Khan. She also complained about high ticket prices and torture felt by the unappealing film.

The complainant mentioned that he has paid Rs 650 each for four family members but they were disappointed as the song was not in the movie.  A compensation of Rs 19 lakh was sought and to be deposited in the welfare fund of the consumer court.

The petitioner sought return of ticket amount of Rs 2,600 and compensation of Rs 50 thousand for mental torture and harassment for unfair practices
