Actress Requests To Stop Assumptions

Actress Asin Thottumkal who recently tied knot with her long time beau Rahul Sharma, Micromax mobile co-owner, has officially confirmed that she is quitting the film industry for now. Asin had made it clear that she is not taking up any assignments post marriage.

"For all my media friends who still have not got the message, I'm once again reiterating that I have stopped taking up any assignments and have wrapped all my commitments before my wedding itself including my brand endorsements. Request people to stop making assumptions about my assignments and work as I'm not doing that at this stage. Had made this announcement before the wedding itself," posted Asin in social blogging site.

Asin was last seen in the film 'All Is Well' that also starred Abhishek Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor in the lead roles. Pawan Kalyan co-starrer 'Annavaram' was the last Telugu film of Asin who then shifted her base to Bollywood.

Asin made banging debut in Bollywood with Ghajini, then she starred in several 100 crore grosser films like Ready, Housefull 2, Bol Bachchan etc. However, Asin didn't get much offers in Bollywood later.
