Star Director's Sensational Comments on Tollywood

Teja who shot to fame with big hits like Chitram, Nuvvu Nenu and Jayam, failed to recreate the magic and has been struggling for the past ten years.
After making numerous attempts to make a comeback, Teja is once again making a film with newcomers. Desperate to score a hit he did a research on the recent hits to study the trend.
Teja realized that most of the big hits of Tollywood in recent past had similar stories.
“There are only two stories in Tollywood today. They have been recycling the same story and people are happily watching them. Critics are not complaining about them. They are getting 3.5 to 4.5 stars by doing the same films again and again,” he said.
“When all other directors are happily recycling the ‘Babugaru’ and ‘Gundamma Katha’ formula why do people complain about me doing Jayam again and again,” Teja laughed.
He immediately clarified that his new film doesn’t have Jayam story but a different one compared to all other recent hits.
Can Teja set a new trend with his latest film like he did with Chitram and Jayam?
