S/O Satyamurthy releases today, tribute to every father: Trivikram

Allu Arjun's much-anticipated family entertainer S/O Satyamurthy, hitting screens today worldwide, is a tribute to the role of the often neglected father in families, says Trivikram, the director arriving nearly 1.5 years post Attarintiki Daredi.

Most films, he belives, dwell with the part of mothers and for a change, he emphasises that, even in real life, it gets too late when a child recognises the importance of a father. So, S/O Sathyamurthy, just like its similarity to the title of Gautham Menon's Surya S/O Krishnan, is an ode to every father out there.

Through the film, Trivikram aims to convey that every father deserves care throughout his existence and not only in the last stages of his life. Meanwhile, the early premier shows, despite all the buzz around prior to its release, haven't been received well by the test audience and critics alike. It remains to be seen if there's a change of word around.
