The British – Indian model turned actress later sparkled in several other Kannada and Telugu movies is yet to get the real break. Her lasting offing in Telugu Kalyanram’s Om was a big dud. Apparently, Nikesha has been reluctant in doing item numbers; she has rejected many offers that came her way, the recent one to be Naga Chaitanya starrer Dohchai.
