Superstar adopts Two Drought-hit Villages

everal villagers of Maharashtra are facing extreme drought during the Summer season. Film Actors like Nana Patekar and Akshay Kumar have already done their bit to the family of farmers in the drought-hit villages. Now, Mr.Perfectionist takes up the mission to help the needy.

Recently, Aamir Khan paid a visit to drought-affected regions of Maharashtra. By the end of his tour, He decided to adopt two of the most affected villages, Tal and Koregaon.

In 2001, Aamir has adopted few Gujarat villages after an earthquake. He even went to Beed in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra recently and lauded State Government's water conservation scheme Jalyukt Shivar Abhiyaan.

Aamir Khan's next release will be based on the life of a wrestler Mahavir Phogat and its been titled as 'Dangal'.
