Mahesh have seriously planned to release Srimanthudu on July 17th which is one week after the release of Bahubali on July 10th. There are several requests to Mahesh from the buyers of Srimanthudu for postponing the film to August 7th. Yes.. Now Mahesh has accepted for this. As it not good for 2 big films to compete in just a week's time, Mahesh understood the problem and agreed to postpone Srimanthudu.
Now Bahubali can happily come and have a freelance at the box office. And then Srimanthudu also can have a major chances of collections as there is no other movie to compete. August 9th being Mahesh's birthday the success of the film would be his birthday gift.
