Mahesh Babu's Brahmotsavam release date has been a merry go round tale and the film has already skipped its previous release date of April 29. With the delay in the film's shooting, there were rumors that Brahmotsavam's release has been pushed to May 31st on the occasion of Superstar Krishna's birthday.

Now, the latest buzz in the film circles is that Brahmotsavam makers are trying hard to release the film in early May, on May 6 to be precise. This date has also been confirmed by one of the film's unit members. May 6 is indeed a convenient date for a family entertainer like Brahmotsavam.

Mahesh seems to be keen on utilizing the summer holidays advantage, where families will flock to the theaters in huge numbers. The unit is currently wrapping up the climax scenes in Hyderabad and the last schedule will kick-start in Pune from the 11th of this month and continue till the 20th. The audio launch has been confirmed for April 24 in Tirupati.
