Can Sardaar Wipe Off Johnny Memories?

Tensions started for distributors and exhibitors as the release date of Pawan Kalyan's Sardaar Gabbar Singh is nearing. They have obtained the rights by shelling out massive prices and they will be safe if and only if the film crosses the magic figure of Rs 100 crores. 

Especially, the overseas distributors are feeling the pre-release stress, since they invested big amount. iDream Media has acquired the rights in association with Eros International who has also involved in the production.

It may be recalled that, the overseas distributors of Sardaar Gabbar Singh had past distributed Pawan Kalyan's disaster movie Johnny and they lost plenty with the movie. They are now looking forward to wipe off past memories with Sardaar. 

Sardaar is releasing in record number of centers in US. With huge demand, the theaters count and shows are increasing. Irrespective of talk, Sardaar will open to enormous collections. 

But, the film's fate depends on its talk post the release. Sardaar must do minimum of $3 million business at overseas, in order to be termed as hit. Can Sardaar wipe off Johnny bad memories to the distributors- we need to wait and see!
