Though Sudeep went through lean phase in career starting stages, he has been enjoying stardom since couple of years with big offers and back to back hits in Sandalwood. There were numerous reports about Sudeep's personal life since 2009. Hence, the couple decided to part ways by mutual consent due to irreconcilable differences. Currently, Priya is residing with her daughter Saanvi at an apartment in JP Nagar, Sarjapur road in Bangalore.
Priya sought the custody of their daughter for which Sudeep also agreed to. Since Saanvi is minor, the family court has also declared to give young one's responsibilities to the mother. Speculations were rife that, Sudeep paid Rs 19 crore as divorce alimony. When Sudeep was questioned about the divorce settlement, he replied saying he did for the wellbeing of his daughter and wife.
"Saanvi is very special for me. She is my first priority. I love her more than anybody else in the world," asserted Sudeep. However, he didn't declare the amount he paid as divorce alimony.
