For mega heroes, remixing megastar Chiranjeevi’s super hit numbers have become like customary. The latest one which was remixed for Sai Dharam Tej’s ‘Subramanyam For Sale’ is the most catchy duet ‘Guvva Gorinkatho’ from ‘Khaidi No.786′. For ones who had watched the original song, the remix doesn’t live up to the original.
Be it the emotion, nativity or style; the original is top notch. It’s colourful with undercurrent themes of romance and sensuality. The closeup shots of Chiru and Bhanupriya are a delight to watch with subtle expressions. The remix falters in all these angles. Even the choreography of the original is more interesting.
The soul of the song is missed out. Even for those who didn’t watch the original, the composition when heard without the video seems better than the picturised remixed version on Regina and Sai Dharam in a foreign locale. Bhanupriya and Chiru killed it with style and romantic expressions. Of course the ambience and their costumes added to the feel.
