Recently speaking at an interview Chiru says his dream of playing the role of a patriot like Bhagat Singh still remains unfulfilled. Megastar said, "I always wanted to portray Bhagat Singh kind of patriotic role, but it was not happened till now. But, I am planning for playing similar type of role. I may play role of freedom fighter from Telugu land 'Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy' sometime. It may be in my 151st or in the other future projects."
Megastar Chiranjeevi will be seen in a special cameo in Ram Charan's Bruce Lee movie. There were speculations that Chiranjeevi demanded a whopping sum for playing the role but as per sources there was no truth in the rumours.
