BO Report: Srimanthudu Clocks in Rs 66.5 Crore

Mahesh Babu-Shruti Haasan starrer Srimanthudu is setting cash registers ringing at the box office. Opened with unanimous positive reviews, the movie said to have collected over Rs 66.5 Crore share in its first week world-wide run. The movie marking collaboration of Mahesh Babu, Shruti Haasan and Koratala Siva is running successfully at the marquee. Distributors, producers are said to be delighted with the film's collections as Mahesh Babu yet again proven his stamina at the BO.

A source in the know revealed, "So far the movie collected Rs 66 Crore, 57 Lakh, 99 Thousand and 56 rupees share worldwide in the first week of release. This is second highest collection in Telugu Film Industry only next to Baahubali."

Producers Naveen, Ravi Shankar and Cherukuri Mohan and Eros International are laughing all the way to the bank. Nizam distributors Abishek Pictures, Reliance Entertainment too minting money at the ticket windows. Looks like, Mahesh Babu is giving stiff competition to Pawan Kalyan's Attarinitiki Daaredi.
