Second Half Looks Extremely Promising for Tollywood

First half of this year isn't so great for Telugu Cinema with very few films proving successful at the ticket windows.
Pataas is the only movie that all the involved parties made decent profits. Dubbed film Ganga also was a good hit.
Despite making it to the fifty crore club, S/o Satyamurthy ended up as loss venture for its buyers, thanks to the humongous rates it was sold for.
Now Tollywood trade is having high hopes on the second half of this year that is loaded with a good number of biggies.
Baahubali - The Beginning will flag off the second half of 2015 and is expected to become the biggest grosser of the year and in the history of TFI as well.
Srimanthudu starring Mahesh Babu will be out on August 7th. Kick 2 and Rudrama Devi are also slated for August.
Ram Charan's movie directed by Srinu Vaitla and Akhil's debut film are targeting Dussera release. Raviteja's Bengal Tiger, Puri Jagan's Loafer also will be released during Dasara/Diwali period.
Most of these films are riding on high expectations and are likely to open big at the box office.
Let's hope that second half proves extremely successful for Tollywood to sign off this year on a high note.
