South Star Hero Dhanush Maari started its sensation with the simple Maari First Look Teaser. Especially Dhanush attitude was highly rated by Anirudh Ravichander’s special Maari Swag. Adding to this, Maari Trailer and music album raised the expectations on the film to sky as limit. Maari Trailer continued its saga by crossing 2 Million Views on You Tube with in a week where as Maari songs were rocking the chartlist.
Dhanush Maari which was all set to release on 17th July as an Eid Special was given a censor certificate of’ U’ by mentioning few mutes.. Maari which went for the censor board certification has given U certificate. In Maari Dhanush character was going to be the main highlight of the film and next, as an antagonist cop Vijay Yesudas. Maari was directed by Balaji Mohan.
In Maari, Dhanush,Kajal Agarwal and Vijay Yesudas were the main lead and the film was produced by Listin Stephen,R Sarath Kumar, Radhika Sarath Kumar and co-produced by Dhanush Wunderbar Films, photography was handled by Om Prakash and editing by Prasanna GK.
