Charmi says that her relation with Puri is purely personal and there is nothing more to it. She said that they had to move together because of Jyothi Lakshmi in which she played the lead role besides co producing it. One cannot question her involvement in Jyothi Lakshmi as she is the producer and lead actor in it. However Charmi is rumoured to be interfering in Puri's upcoming projects too.
As per grapevine she is the reason for Nithin to walk out of Puri's next film. Charmi could have given a diplomatic answer when questioned about it. Instead she said that it was shelved as they (Nithin and Sudhakar Reddy) didn't have finances to make the film. Charmi didn't stop there. She batted for Puri Jagannadh when the interviewer asked about the director being replaced for Chiranjeevi's 150th film.
"The project is very much on. Puri is directing Chiranjeevi's film and there has been no problem at all," she said. Why is Charmi confirming this? She could have simply said "You have to ask him about this as I'm not related to the movie in anyway" or something on these lines. Charmi is acting like Puri Jagan's spokesperson and clarifying the doubts over his upcoming projects.
If you remember she is the one who has first leaked out the information about Puri directing Chiranjeevi's film! If Charmi wants people to believe that she shares a professional relation with Puri then she should at least act like it while speaking to the media, is what observers say!
