The makers have been looking for someone with good looks yet look menacing with a heavy build and give a tough fight on screen to Powerstar. This will be Sharad's first film down south and he is popular for his roles in Hindi soaps like Kuch Toh Log Kahende, Pati Patni Aur Woh and was also last seen in an important role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela.
Meanwhile, the unit has already finished the first schedule in exotic locales of Western Ghats near Maharashtra and Powerstar will join the shoot in the second schedule very soon. Directory Bobby prepared a powerful script along with Pawan Kalyan and Sai Madhav Burra. Anisha Ambrose is the film's heroine and Pawan's close aide Sharrat Marrar is producing the film.
