The followers of KCR have seen the need of an English daily to take the welfare schemes to the public and also to publicize the Government schemes to the IT and educated sector in the city and have decided to launch an English daily says a source.
Though the followers of KCR wanted to take over a leading English Daily, the deal didn't materialize and hence, they decided to start a new paper.
