'Ilayathalaphathy' Vijay and Samantha starrer 'Kaththi' became a blockbuster in Tamil Nadu. This film has surpassed 100 crore mark (Gross) and proved Vijay's stamina at the box-office.
Telugu version of ‘Kaththi’ is supposed to be released on November 21st, but there is no noise about the film. Earlier, Telugu release was stopped as the makers showed the film to Pawan Kalyan.
The actor liked the film but said that he doesn’t suit for the role. Now, the makers have planned a special screening to Young Tiger NTR. This ‘Baadshah’ is currently shooting in Goa for his forthcoming film and the actor will be back to Hyderabad on November 23rd.
If NTR doesn’t express his interest to act in the remake, makers are planning to approach Stylish Star Allu Arjun.
‘Tagore’ Madhu feels that the film has a potential to become a blockbuster, if it’s remade in Telugu with a star like NTR or Pawan Kalyan. This is the reason why he is delaying the release of ‘Kaththi’ dubbed version.
